We had an amazing stay at Utopia, and would highly recommend the hotel. The whole hotel is stunning and great attention to detail has been made to ensure that all the facilities are high quality - we loved the spa and wellness centre. Our room was also prepared beautifully and cleaned on a daily basis. The staff made the whole experience definitely feel worthy of 5 stars, especially Hikmet the guest manager who arranged all our trips and was incredibly welcoming & helpful - answering any questions at all times of the day. We would love to come back some day!

Each team member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, truly exemplifying what great service should be. The organization of activities at Hotel Utopia is top-notch. The safaris were absolutely breathtaking, offering a unique opportunity to connect with nature and witness wildlife in their natural habitat. The hot air balloon ride was the cherry on top—floating gently above the stunning landscape at sunrise was a magical experience I will cherish forever. Dining at the hotel was a delight! The restaurant offered a wide variety of culinary choices, each meal more delicious than the last. The ambiance of the dining area, combined with the vibrant night activities organized for guests, made for an enchanting atmosphere every evening. The hotel itself is beautiful, featuring elegant design and comfortable accommodations. The spa was a personal favorite of mine; it provided a serene escape where I could unwind and indulge in rejuvenating treatments. The family-friendly environment was evident throughout, making it an ideal destination for travelers of all ages. In short, Hotel Utopia exceeded all my expectations with its exceptional service, fantastic activities, and stunning facilities. Initially booked for 2 days but stayed 1 night longer. Hotel is in a quiet location with walking distance to the town center. Room we stayed in gives you a unique experience. Enjoyed the dinner at restaurant which has a nice view. Very professional staff, especially Hikmet who made the difference as he reached out within minutes after making the reservation in the evening and made sure that all our requests were fulfilled throughout our stay. He was honest and genuine with all his suggestions. We will come back for sure.

The property was serene. The staff was very helpful and polite. Hikmat at the front desk was amazing. He helped us with last minute reservations for activities and everything that he planned was exceptional quality. He communicated throughout and was available for all concerns. I would love to revisit and will highly recommend Utopia to friends and family. Truly a 5 star experience!!
